Every person has a story.

I would be honored not only to hear your story but also to help you shape it. As a therapist and coach, I’m endlessly interested in hearing about people’s lives, but I find the most reward in helping make changes that matter and that last.

My work is about you.

To me, that means understanding your goals and being flexible about how we meet them.

Sometimes we zoom in on practical, day-to-day Life.

We might spend time problem-solving concrete issues you are facing.  For example, completing tasks you’ve been putting off, setting boundaries on your time, and improving your communication skills.

And sometimes, we’ll zoom out to look at the bigger picture.

To make changes that last, we'll look for patterns. Often our sticking points have roots in something that came before, like old beliefs or habits. Making connections between the past and present can help you get unstuck and find room to flourish.

My style is approachable and genuine. I’m not a blank slate; I like to truly connect human to human.

I take my work very seriously, but at the same time, I laugh with my clients every day. That’s one of my favorite parts of my work–connecting with you through growth.
