Find confidence& connection in a community of women who get it.
Discover your own way to thrive in career and motherhood–at the same time.

Let’s be honest…working motherhood is tough.

  • On the outside, you might look successful, but inside you are constantly overwhelmed by juggling multiple roles and responsibilities

  • You know that you can do a great job at work, but self-doubt & impostor syndrome get in your way

  • You want to be present with your kids and enjoy them while they are home…But it’s a challenge to lead the balanced life you desire

  • You feel like you are sometimes just going through the motions- it’s like living without an anchor- and you don’t remember the last time you thought about what YOU wanted

  • You try so hard to get everything done, but nothing gets done quite right. You make mistakes and feel guilt for disappointing everyone.

  • You sometimes feel like everyone else has this “working mom” thing figured out better than you- and feel shame that you haven’t found a “hack” to make it all easier.

But the problem isn’t you. This is hard because it’s hard,
not because you are doing it wrong.

You are not alone.

Here you can put yourself first and take the time to ask yourself what YOU want.

Together we will connect with a life of meaning for you- both at work and at home. Group coaching for working moms can help you:

  • Gain clarity on your authentic values and vision so that you can confidently navigate your path, feeling fulfillment in your career and motherhood at the same time.

  • Gain insights into your own story and why you make certain choices, enabling personal growth.

  • Shed self-imposed expectations that no longer fit, so that you can experience a profound sense of freedom and redefine what success actually means to you.

  • Develop unwavering confidence in your leadership abilities so that you can lead with authenticity in both your career and motherhood.

  • Align your actions with your core values and desires so that you can feel present.

  • Break free from self-sabotaging behaviors that hinder your growth, allowing you to reach your full potential.

  • Gain emotional intelligence and communication skills so that you can connect more deeply with others.

  • Connect with a group of working mothers who will support you and hold you accountable to all of the changes you hope to make…and who might just become life long friends.

Who I Am

As a working mother of 4, I get it.

I got my start researching career development and the transition to motherhood but even that research path did not prepare me for the reality of working motherhood.

I loved my job at Harvard but made a pivot after my second child to focus more directly on supporting women and mothers in their career and personal growth.

I am a clinical psychologist with an active private practice and a certification in Perinatal Mental Health, a certified executive & leadership coach, a RETAIN™ certified parental leave coach, and a consultant that addresses working parent policy at the corporate level. I love my work, and I love my kids- and helping other working mothers find a way to feel alive and aligned in both of those roles is my passion.

What we do

Over our time together, we will learn about the identity burnout paradox. We’ll start to access what YOU want vs. what everyone else says you want. And we’ll laugh and cry and connect along the way. We’ll work on boundaries, asking for (and receiving) help, accessing our strengths, naming our wants, and getting rid of perfectionism and mom guilt. More specifically we will:

  • Move from autopilot to noticing the inner voices that are telling you what you “should do.” In this phase, you master gaining awareness of your inner monologue (aka - your inner critic) so that you can challenge the status quo and stop living on autopilot.

  • Explore and label the old models you have been focusing on as you assess what still fits and what no longer serves you. In this phase, you will master where those relentless ‘shoulds’ are coming from so you can separate yourself from those that don’t apply anymore and release what doesn’t fit who you are.

  • Finally, get rid of the things that no longer fit as you make room for the ones that do. In this phase, you will uncover your true values and strengths and use them as a springboard for self discover so that you can find unshakeable self-confidence and self-validation.

  • Develop the powerful ability to tune into yourself - asking what you want and need, and listening to the voice that hasn’t been heard in a while, if ever, so that you can develop a trusting, connected relationship with yourself. This means you develop an increased sense of alignment and intentionality in all the things you do.

  • Design a vision for your own version of leadership and good parenting as you develop new models to drive your behavior so that you have a clear and intentional vision of success that fits your unique self and circumstances. This means you create a guiding light, that you can hold onto even when old models try to pull you back.

  • Learn how to overcome challenges and obstacles as you practice new aligned behaviors with support so that you can feel confident and secure in your aligned, authentic self and build confidence over time.
