Corporate Offerings
Because great leaders, and great cultures, don’t just happen. They are built with intention and support.
Work can be a place where people thrive.
Where people want to stay. Where leaders and teams work together and create a sustainable supportive culture. Where the culture drives people to show up at their best- productive, efficient, connected, and whole.
Where ambition feels possible without burnout.
Where working parents don’t have to choose between their careers and their families.
And where leaders lead with presence, clarity, and confidence.

I design and deliver coaching, workshops, and group programs that meet your people at the messy, high-stakes moments of their careers–and help them navigate with more skill, self-awareness, and staying power.
If you want to support and retain your top talent–especially women and working parents–I can help.
Ways We Can Work Together
Every organization is different. My work is always customized to your goals, your people, and your culture.
Bespoke Group Coaching Programs
When individuals grow, so does the culture. I design and lead group coaching programs that help women, working parents, or high-potential leaders step into their roles with more confidence, clarity, and impact — and less self-doubt and burnout.
These aren’t off-the-shelf programs. They’re designed for your people and your context.
They combine the best of leadership development, psychology, and community-building — and they work.
Participants leave with sharper skills, stronger networks, and a deeper commitment to themselves and their organization.
What it looks like:
6 or 12 month programs in a cohort model, to develop community and facilitate ongoing support even after the program ends
Virtual or in-person, to allow for flexibility in your organization's needs
Group sessions that offer opportunities for both teaching and reflection so that participants are able to practice and hone skills
Research backed tools for developing executive presence, confidence, communication skills, and more, so that participants can integrate and hone their leadership acumen.
Opportunities to include individual coaching for participants

“One thing that has also been beneficial for me particularly, is the fact that I never talk about my career challenges in the context of my family life, even though, as a working mother they are very intertwined. I have gained confidence to have certain conversations in my professional life, where previously I was hesitant to move forward and have those conversations. I recommend this program to all women in our STEM/medical field!”

Parental Leave & Working Parent Support
Becoming a parent is one of the most vulnerable and defining moments in an employee’s career.
Handled well, it’s an opportunity to deepen commitment and loyalty.
Handled poorly, it’s one of the top reasons women leave.
And it doesn’t end at the return. In fact, working parents deserve ongoing support and culture of care and respect
I help organizations support working parents (and their managers) so that employees return more confident and committed, instead of burned out and disillusioned.
And I help organizations make sure they can stay for the long haul.
Support includes:
Individual parental leave coaching for employees
Group programs for working parents
Manager training: how to support employees through leave
Consulting to make your policies & culture more parent-friendly

“I was highly satisfied with Anne’s support….We developed a clear action plan and I gained peace of mind and clear direction…this was an incredible benefit for me professionally and personally.”

Why me?
I bring a rare combination of clinical depth, leadership expertise, and practical experience inside complex organizations.
I’m a clinical psychologist and ICF-certified coach who left my position as a psychologist at Harvard to create a boutique firm dedicated to supporting women at work, working parents, and organizations that want to foster insightful, sustainable, and growth-oriented leadership.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve helped high-achieving professionals grow into confident, effective leaders — and helped organizations build cultures where people can thrive.
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership development, and the realities of modern work.
I specialize in supporting leaders and teams through the moments that define a career: stepping into leadership, navigating burnout, returning from parental leave, and learning to lead with both ambition and sustainability.
I’ve partnered with organizations across industries, including:
Amgen, Biogen, AstraZeneca, Janey Wealth Management, Versity, major research universities, hospitals, law firms, and other Fortune 500 companies and mission-driven nonprofits.
Clients choose to work with me because I bring a strong lens and a steady hand.
I ask the questions that shift perspective. I name the patterns others don’t. And I create the kind of space where people can reflect, grow, and lead with more clarity, courage, and capacity.
If you're looking for a partner who brings both depth and direction–let’s talk.
