Ambitious Mother

The Group ExperiEnce

An 8-week small-group coaching experience for ambitious working mothers who want to get clear on what they actually want — and what they can stop doing to get there.

You’ve built a full life. You care deeply about your work, and you care deeply about your family.

But when you spend so much of your time responding to what everyone else needs from you, it can become surprisingly hard to hear yourself.

What do you want now?

Not what you should want. Not what makes the most sense on paper. Not what everyone else needs you to do.

For eight weeks, we’re going to make space to figure that out.

“This program forced me to stop, breathe, and think about what actually matters to me beyond just work – it was an opportunity to invest in who my future self grows into. The confidence I've gained in advocating for my needs as a working mother has been invaluable. I'm kinder to myself and my spouse as we navigate careers with little kids, and I feel more graceful and centered overall”

Maybe you don’t need another productivity hack.

On the outside, you might look successful. You’re capable, thoughtful, and used to being someone other people rely on.

And you may also be exhausted from trying to hold all of it together.

Maybe you’re questioning what you want next in your career.

Maybe you’re doing work you care about, but the way you’re doing it no longer works.

Maybe you’ve gotten so good at meeting everyone else’s needs that you don’t remember the last time you stopped to ask yourself what you need.

Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong. You just know you don’t want to keep white-knuckling your way through a life you worked really hard to build.

This isn’t about becoming more efficient at doing all the things.

It’s about getting quiet enough to hear yourself again.

We’ll get Curious about three things:

What do I actually want?

We’ll make space underneath the shoulds, expectations, old definitions of success, and everyone else’s needs to start hearing your own voice again.

What’s getting in my way?

We’ll notice the patterns that keep you stuck — perfectionism, people-pleasing, pretending, old expectations, guilt, fear, and the ways you’ve learned to measure whether you’re doing a “good” job at work and at home.

What am I ready to do differently?

We’ll get clearer about what actually deserves your time and energy in this season — and what you might finally be ready to stop carrying.

I’ll bring in the ideas and frameworks I’ve developed through years of working with ambitious mothers, including work from Ambitious Mother. But this isn’t a class.

Our live time is for reflection, conversation, and real coaching around what’s happening in your life.

What will I walk away with?

You won’t leave with a longer to-do list. You’ll leave with more clarity about what you actually want in this season and more confidence in making choices that reflect it.

By the end of our eight weeks together, you’ll have a clearer sense of where you want to go, what’s been getting in your way, what you’re ready to stop carrying, and the changes you want to make next.

You’ll also leave with tools you can return to when things get noisy again and you need to reconnect with what matters to you.

A small group. One hour a week. Eight weeks.

8 weekly 60-minute live sessions

Each week, I’ll guide us through a reflection or exercise and then we’ll use the rest of our time for conversation and group coaching.

Just 8 women

Small enough that I can get to know you, remember what you’re working through, and help connect the dots from one week to the next.

More to explore, if you want it

You’ll also have access to my library of trainings and tools on ambition, perfectionism, values, strengths, boundaries, mindfulness, working styles, and more.

They’re there when they’re useful to you. There’s no homework and nothing you need to “catch up” on before we meet.

A $500 deposit will hold your spot once the group meeting time is confirmed.

This might be for you if…

You’re an ambitious working mother who knows you’re capable of more than survival mode.

You care about your career and your family, and you don’t want to be told that the answer is simply to care less about one of them.

You don’t have to be burned out. You don’t have to be contemplating a career change. And you definitely don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want.

Maybe you simply know you’re ready to stop moving on autopilot and take your own wants, needs, and ambitions seriously again.

You want something deeper than another set of productivity tips.

You want space to think.

You want thoughtful women around you who understand the complexity of caring deeply about work and family.

And you want someone who will help you ask the questions underneath the questions.

“This program gave me permission to invest in myself – and that investment paid dividends for my whole family. Before, I was carrying everyone else's emotional baggage on top of my own. As a working mother, I felt constantly pulled in different directions and struggled to advocate for what I needed to be both successful at work and content at home. The most transformative insight I gained was learning that when people hand me their emotional backpack, I can simply hand it back – I don't have to open it up and try to fix everything. This one shift has been game-changing.”

“What surprised me most was how much validation came from simply knowing I wasn't alone in these struggles. My cohort members' authenticity and willingness to open up created connections I didn't expect from online sessions. Together, we developed a more graceful self-awareness and practical coping skills that help me stay centered.”

“I rarely do things just for myself these days, but I reframed this program as an investment not only in me, but in my kids and spouse too. When I thought about it that way, dedicating time to the materials and sessions became easier!”

Hi! I’m Anne…

I’m a psychologist, executive and leadership coach, working mother of four, and author of Ambitious Mother: From Surviving to Thriving in Your Career and at Home.

For years, I’ve worked with ambitious women who care deeply about their careers and their families — women who are thoughtful, capable, used to figuring things out, and often carrying an enormous amount.

And I’ve seen again and again that the answer usually isn’t learning how to carry more.

It’s getting clearer about what matters. Understanding the internal and external pressures shaping our choices. Learning to trust ourselves. And creating a version of ambition, work, leadership, and motherhood that actually fits.

Sometimes we need space, and other women asking these same questions alongside us, to figure out what that looks like.

That’s the work we’ll do together here.

You don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

You don’t need to have the next five years figured out.

You don’t even need to know exactly what you want to change.

You just need to be willing to stop long enough to listen.

Eight weeks. Eight women. One hour a week.

A little more space to hear yourself — and get clearer about where you want to go from here.

Hold your space with an interest form and $500 deposit. I’m gathering availability now and will choose the weekly meeting time based on what works for the group. Fill out the interest form below and once the meeting time is confirmed, a $500 deposit holds your spot.
